No. You can't take direct admission to Bharati Vidyapeeth's college of engineering for women. If you want to take admission in an UG course (BE/B.Tech), your score in 10+2 will be 45% and you will clear JEE Main or MHT CET with a good percentile. For PG courses (M.E./M.Tech), complete an undergraduate degree with 50% and a clear GATE or MHTCET MTech, any one of them with a good rank.
