Can I join Bharti Vidyapeeth in the second year of engineering, if I have done my first year from Pune University?

Of course, you can, but it might only be possible, if there are some vacant seats in the particular department of engineering at Bhrati Vidyapeeth. Further, there are some other conditions like:
The candidate must have cleared all the exams without any backlog. NOC (No objection Certificate from both the universities is required). The candidate has to apply to the registrar of the university and after verifying the equivalence of curriculum, permission for admission is given. Now candidate can pay the fee and get admission.
