BIIB Pune does not offer direct admissions. Candidates have to first register for the preferred course and then qualify the selection rounds for admission. The selection for MBA is based on entrance exams such as CAT, MAT MAH CET, etc. The institute also conducts its own entrance exam-SBEST for admission to MBA programme. The selection for PhD course is also entrance-based. Candidates have to pass SBPU-PET conducted by the institute or UGC NET, CSIR NET, GATE, etc. for admission to PhD courses.

Yes, you can join Balaji Institute of International Business (BIIB), which is a part of Sri Balaji University, directly. The university accepts management examination test scores such as CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/MAH-CET, and if you have not appeared for these exams, you can opt for the Sri Balaji Entrance and Screening Test (SBEST). The university does not have any cut-off scores and evaluates applications based on various parameters including academic scores, entrance test scores, and performance in GD/PI/Essay writing. The final merit list is prepared based on these parameters.
