Hi Rasika, you can get chemical engineering at SASTRA University with a score of 95% in board exams and your score in JEE helps you to increase the chances for admission that is you can apply through stream 1 which includes JEE main scores and board exam marks.
There is no need to apply separately for stream 2, If you don't get a seat in stream 1 you can surely get a seat in stream 2.
