Can I join College of Arts, University of Delhi without CUCET?

Candidates should appear in CUET under graduate in the Languages/stream -Specific Subjects in which he/she is appearing or has passed in Class XII. For admission to University of Delhi, it is mandatory for the candidate to appear in CUET (UG) - in those subjects in which s (he) is appearing/has passed Class XII. It is very essential that students take the CUET test before being admitted to prestigious universities and colleges offered by central universities.
