    No, you cannot join Diploma in food production after completing class 10th.

    It is not possible to join diploma after class 10th, but there are many 1 year certification courses for which 10th pass students are eligible and can easily apply.
    1 Year Certification course in food production will help you learn and train you about the preparation of various cuisines like Bakery, Continental, European etc. The course is specialization course and is approved from Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council.
