Hi Riswan,
Of course, you can join. Vels University (Deemed University) private institute located in Pallavaram. They give more importance to attendance. Staff is friendly and they give importance to dressing (jeans, piercing and t-shirt. T-shirt, jeans and leggings are not allowed.
