No, you cannot join the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), Sonepat, without appearing for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Admission to this five-year integrated law course is strictly based on CLAT scores, as stated in the university's official eligibility criteria .

No,  CLAT is mandatory for B.A. LL.B. at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU). Admission is strictly through CLAT-UG scores under the national counseling process. No direct/management quota exists. Alternatives:

    • State law universities with non-CLAT entry  (e.g.,  MH CET Law).

    • Private colleges like SRM, LPU  (accept LSAT/NPAT).

With an EWS rank of 407 in CLAT 2025, you have a very strong chance of getting admission to NLU Sonipat, as previous year EWS cutoffs ranged from 1768 to 2727 across counseling rounds. Your rank is well within this range, making admission highly likely.
