No, Dyal Singh College does not have direct admission. Candidates have to register online for CUET-UG or CUET-PG depending on the course requriement. Aspirants after qualifying the accepted entrance exam have to register for CSAS. The seats are allocated to students based on their CUET and qualifying exam scores. Aspirants have to freeze their seat by paying the programme fee.

Dyal Singh College DU admissions 2024 are entirely entrance based for both the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. University does not offer direct admission in any of the undergraduate or postgraduate programmes offered by the affiliated colleges. Candidates who wish to take admission at Dyal Singh College Delhi must appear for CUET UG or CUET PG depending upon the programme selected by candidates.

Admission to all courses at Dyal Singh College is based on entrance exam. In 2022, the college began using the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to undergraduate courses. The final selection is based on CUET scores and e-counseling.
