Can I join Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University directly?

<p>Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University offers admission to UG and PG courses based on CUET-UG and CUET-PG, respectively. The selection for PG Diploma course is based on graduation score of the candidates. Faculty of Law, BHU does not offer direct admission and aspirants need to fulfil both eligibility and selection requirements for admission. Once selected, candidates need to participate in the BHU Counselling and seat allotment.</p>

Postgraduate Program</p><p>To enroll in BHU's Master of Arts in Law and Master of Laws (M.A. LL.M.) program, you must:</p><p>Possess a current Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a reputable university or institution.</p><p>A minimum of 55% (or equivalent CGPA) in the LL.B. degree is required.</p><p>Applicants holding a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or comparable degree in any area are also eligible to apply for the M.A. LL.M. programme if they have completed a one-year Diploma in Law (LL.D.) or equivalent course at a recognised university or institution.</p><p>Doctoral Program in Law (Ph.D.)</p><p>To be admitted to BHU's Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law program, you must first:</p><p>A legitimate Master of Arts in Law (M.A. LL.M.) degree from a recognised university or institution is required.</p><p>A minimum of 60% (or equivalent CGPA) in the M.A. LL.M. degree is required.</p><p>Complete the BHU Ph.D. Entrance Test (DET-Law) successfully.</p><p>Demonstrate strong research skills and a strong interest in legal subjects.</p><p>To summarize, you cannot enroll in the Faculty of Law at BHU without first fulfilling the prerequisite educational requirements.
