Can I join FX School for Photography? I have completed SSC.
After 10th, I took admission for diploma in instrumentation at Government Polytechnic, Mumbai (Bandra Polytechnic) but I could not complete it for some reasons.

You need to complete 12th to take admission in FX School for photography.
