No, GADVASU offers eight courses in multiple specialisations at UG, PG and doctoral level. There are certain criteria to join GADVASU, these include:
- BTech programme: 10+2 qualification with 50% of minimum marks with any three main subjects of the may include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Agriculture. ICAR AIEEA scores are also acceptable for admission.
- MTech programme: Admission is purely based on merit.

For BTech (Dairy Technology): The candidate should have a minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English from an Indian board/ university recognised by the Council of Board of School Education with at least 50% marks (40% for SC/ST, BC and DP categories) in aggregate excluding the optional subjects.
