    No, GADVASU offers eight courses in multiple specialisations at UG, PG and doctoral level. There are certain criteria to join GADVASU, these include:

    1. BTech programme: 10+2 qualification with 50% of minimum marks with any three main subjects of the may include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Agriculture. ICAR AIEEA scores are also acceptable for admission.
    2. MTech programme: Admission is purely based on merit.
    3. PhD programme: Candidates are selected based on their aggregate score of their Masters degree and then a university level interview is conducted. Candidates should have teaching experience of minimum 5 years.

    For admissions in UG courses, candidates will be selected on merit basis. For BTech (Dairy Technology): The candidate should have a minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English from an Indian board/ university recognised by the Council of Board of School Education with at least 50% marks (40% for SC/ST, BC and DP categories) in aggregate excluding the optional subjects.

    No, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) does not accept direct admissions for any of its courses. Students must meet the course-specific admission criteria to get into the university. The university accepts admissions primarily on an entrance basis for most of its offered courses. For UG courses, candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent in the relevant stream from a recognised board. Similarily, for PG course admissions, students are required to have passed graduation in the relevant field from a recognised university.     No, students cannot join directly in GUDVASU. Students should have the eligibilty to join the college of their branch. The students can get the eligibility by writing the exams to the course they want to join. some of the eligibilities are diploma, undergraduate, certificate.
