Can I join I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University - PIT BATALA without JEE for B.Tech?

For joining B.Tech at IKGPTU, a student must have passed his/her 10+2 examinations and have given JEE Mains Paper and scored decent marks, then only a person can get admission in this University otherwise no. However, only 10+2 is required for other courses in this University like BBA but not for B.Tech.
