I will give you an answer which you might not like, but yes you have use your 10th basics and do a Diploma which sadly is a bit underrated but it can still make things work.

For pursuing any travel & tourism programs minimum qualification of 12th standard is necessary. I would suggest that you should appear for your 12th standard exam next year and simultaneously can opt for short term travel programme.
