Can I join IFTM University directly?

According to Shiksha.com, anyone can get direct admission to IFTM University. However, according to Indian Educational Services, there is no process for direct admission except for foreign or NRI Quota admission.
To join IFTM University, candidates must:
Meet the eligibility criteria for the course they are interested in.
Submit an application form.
Register on the official website.
Satisfy the specified cutoff criteria.
Attend the counseling session.
