Can I join IIM Bangalore after Class 12?

<p>Candidates should be aware that IIM Bangalore does not only require a class 12 qualification in order to admit students to its postgraduate programmes, such as the MBA. Admission to IIM Bangalore is exclusively determined by entrance. The institute provides PG, PhD, and certificate-level management courses in addition to MBA and Executive MBA programmes. Depending on the subject they have chosen, applicants to IIM Bangalore must take entrance tests at the college or national level. A valid CAT exam score is required for admission to the flagship programme, the IIM Bangalore MBA. This is followed by rounds of written ability tests (WAT) and personal interviews (PI).</p>

Typically, IIMs offer post-graduate programs like the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), which necessitates passing entrance exams like the Common Admission Test (CAT) and completing a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum percentage or CGPA requirement. For students who have finished Class 12, IIM Bangalore does, however, also offer a Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM), where they can enroll in the institute straight and pursue an integrated degree that includes undergraduate and graduate courses. IIM Indore administers an entrance exam for admission to the IPM program, which is followed by an in-person interview.</p>

However, a student who has completed his/ her Class 12 can complete the final graduation and then look out for admission to IIM-B.&nbsp;</p><p>The institute offers MBA, Executive MBA, and other courses at PG, doctoral and certificate level courses in the field of Management. Interested applicants are required to go through the national-level entrances and then appear for the institute-level selection rounds for final admission.&nbsp;Admission to the flagship course, i.e. MBA of IIM Bangalore is based on a valid score in the&nbsp;CAT&nbsp;exam, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT) round.
