    Dear Meghana,
Kindly specify from which University you are pursuing B.Arch. Our College is affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University. If you are pursuing B.Arch from MDU then you apply for migration.

You could join in 4th year for B.Arch at Ganga Institute of Architecture and Township Planning, Delhi provided there is a tie-up with your college and the target institute. Lateral entries are only permitted up to a certain year. Confirm with the admission authorities at your institute has a tie-up with the institute you want to shift to, and whether lateral entries are permitted in the 4th year.
