Can I join in BBA LLB course without maths in my certificate and 67% as my percentage?

I'm a PCM student & have got my pass certificate in English, physics, chem, business studies but left my maths subject as an optional

Yes, you can apply for the course, because the eligibility criteria is 45% in class 12th plus entrance exam. All the best for your future.
