All three services have requirements of engineers. Army has dedicated three engineering Corps. Engineering corp are Corps of Engineers, Corps of Signals and the Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers(Corps of EME). Indian Air force has two technical branches i.e. Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical) and Aeronautical Engineering( Electronics). You can join Indian navy in technical branches such as Engineering General Service Officer, Submarine Engineer Officer, Naval Construction Officer and Naval Architecture Cadre of the Engineering Branch. As B Tech you can join Defense Services under University Entry scheme.

u can join DRDO or ISRO
both organization recruits candidate on the basia of entrance test specialized in the preferred branch of engineering.
u can go with NDA tooo
also through TES(technical entry scheme)u can join indian defence services
the best part of TES is it doesn't conduct any entrance test rather than TES recruits candidate through 12 th standard % ,who so ever have a aggregate of more than 70% can apply for TES through upsc. -
you can write NDA(NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY)exam after 12th,and you can study your B.tech there with staifen. And get your job in defence as engineer.
