<p>Students must pass the ISRO exam, which is held each year, in order to join the organization. ISRO recruits aerospace engineers through an entrance exam as well. Candidates must achieve high scores in order to pass the famous and competitive exam and work for the ISRO. ISRO's recruiting exam is extremely demanding, and they draw the best minds in the country to join their aerospace engineering team. Candidates must also have relevant years of experience and be able to demonstrate the skills required for the job profile.</p>
