    No, you cannot join JIPMER directly. Admission to JIPMER for MBBS and other courses is based on entrance exams conducted by the institute or through NEET scores. For MBBS admissions, JIPMER MBBS exam has been replaced by the NEET exam conducted by NTA, followed by counseling. Candidates seeking admission to the MBBS programme at JIPMER must appear for the NEET-UG exam and based on their NEET scores they will be shortlisted for the counseling process.
