No, you can't join KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education without IPU CET for BBA. Admission is based on the score obtained in Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Therefore, a student can attend the counseling for further admission process only when he/she satisfies the eligibility criteria and also qualifies the CET of GGSIPU.
