When admitting applicants, KJ Somaiya College of Physiotherapy takes their entrance exam results into account. For PhD programs, the college accepts the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences' (MUHS) Common Entrance Test and PET exam. NEET scores are used to determine admission to BPT. In addition, candidates must pass the State Government's PGP-CET in order to be considered for the MPT program. DMER publishes a list of the chosen applicants for the BPT and MPT programs at every college when the selection process is complete.
