It's better to take an entrance exam. As most of the reputed and premier B-Schools offering MBA in hospital management accepts exam scores for admissions. Few are:
Panjab University, Chandigarh
Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai
Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore
Tata Institute of Social Services,
