Can I join MCA? I have completed PGDCA but I have scored 45% in BA and I had maths subject in 12th.

With this percentage in graduation, you won't get good college, but you can try if you have SC ST or OBC category certificate, because few college having less percentage for these category up to 45 percentage marks.
