No, you cannot join Mewar University in Rajasthan for a Bachelor of Computer Application BCA without taking the common University entrance test CUET

Admission requirements: to be admitted to an undergraduate program at Mewar University you must pass the CUTE and make the university cut-off requirement.

Yes, you can take admission for BCA in Mewar University, Rajasthan without cuet ug. Mewar University also provides direct admission on the basis of percentage obtained in previous exam (12th).
It is always recommended to secure high CUET scores for certain courses. BCA programme admission can be given based on the minimum eligibility criteria that includes passing 10+2 examination with Mathematics or Computer Science as desirable subjects. You can't do BBA from CUET with PCB in 12 th as CUET requires the same subjects as in 12th for BBA you need math's English and general test
