    No, admissions to the MBBS programme offered at MGR Medical University are strictly entrance-based. Students seeking to apply for the course must fulfil both the eligibility and selection criteria prior to applying. Aspirants are required to appear for the NEET UG entrance exam to be eligible for the course. Hence, a students can not join MGR Medical University MBBS course without NEET.     No, unfortunately you can't.  To get admission in MGR Medical University for MBBS course you need to atleast qualify the NEET exam with the Cut-off marks. As there is provision in MGR Medical University that offer MBBS programme without NEET.
