Candidates who are selected for admission at MMU Solan need to participate in counselling rounds for seat allotment. Aspirants need to report at the campus with the below-mentioned documents for verification:

• Original Matric Certificate (as proof of date of birth)
• Original marksheet/ Certificate of qualifying examination
• Character Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Affidavits against ragging
• 1 set of attested photocopies of the above documents except Migration Certificate

MMU Solan offers a two-year Diploma programme to candidates who have completed Class 12. The seats are offered to candidates based on their merit. Below are the Diploma courses offered at MMU Solan:

• Diploma in Operation Theatre Techniques
• Diploma in Radiography Techniques
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques
• Diploma in Opthalmic Techniques (Optometric)
• Diploma in Renal Dialysis

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English are eligible to apply for MBBS programme at MMU Solan. Aspirants who have passed BSc examination of an Indian university provided that he or she has passed the exam with not less than two of the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany/ Zoology), Biotechnology can also apply.

MMU Solan offers seats to candidates in the MBBS programme based on their NEET-UG scores. Aspirants with a valid NEET score are offered seat through centralised counselling conducted by Government of Himachal Pradesh. The seats are available under State Quota and Management Quota in the MBBS programme. Once selected, aspirants can confirm their seat by paying the course fee.
