Yes, an individual can join Mohan Lal Sukhadia University (MLSU) without MAT.
 
MLSU admits students based on merit. The admission process for undergraduate and postgraduate programs is based on the results of the last qualifying examination. The university also accepts scores from the CAT and CMAT.
