Candidates cannot join NID Bhopal directly. NID Design Aptitude Test (DAT), aka NID DAT, is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Institute of Design (NID). The Design Aptitude Test (DAT) is conducted in two stages:
- DAT Prelims - The candidate first appears in DAT Prelims.
- DAT Mains - Shortlisted candidates have to appear in DAT Mains.
The FINAL result of NID DAT will be prepared by giving weightage to DAT Prelims and DAT Mains.

You cannot join NID Bhopal directly. To get admission at the National Institute of Design in Bhopal, you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria and clear the National Institute of Design Aptitude Test (NID DAT). The NID DAT is conducted in two stages: NID DAT Prelims and NID DAT Mains. NID Madhya Pradesh offers a full-time four-year Bachelor's Programme in Design (B.Des.) in the fields of Industrial Design, Communication Design, and Textile and apparel Design.
