Can I join NIT college? I have scored 70% in 12th and 60 marks in JEE Mains exam.

    Your chances is very less to get any NIT under general category.

    Yes, but you should score good marks in JEE Mains. For good NIT in India, you should have to score above 150 marks.

    60 marks in JEE Main is very less to get into NIT, if you are from General category. Class 12th standard is fine. You have scored 70 percent, where the institution demands only 65 percent marks.
