Yes, you can join it via OCLD programme.
If you are between 19 and 25 years of age and have successfully completed, or are completing a university or college degree in any subject including hotel management and wish to join The Oberoi Group as an Executive in Hotel Operations, join The Oberoi Centre

I've not done graduation including hotel management. I've done Bachelor of management studies.
