Dear Ravi, there is minimum age of 16 for Student Pilot Licence but no upper limit as far as you can clear medical test conducted by Armed Forces Central Medical Establishment(AFCME). Due to availability of DGCA approved pilot training institutes in almost all states, it is better to obtain SPL, PPL & CPL from India. Advanced type certification & instrument rating course is better abroad. Australia offers cheaper and better training facilities in this regard.
