PGIDS, Rohtak is ranked in the top 3 dental colleges in India. It is controlled entirely by government. This Institute is running BDS with 100 admissions per year and MDS in 9 specialties.
No, you cannot join PGIDS, Rohtak without NEET for BDS. As the institute is entirely government and there is no direct admission or donation type admission so, you have to clear NEET-UG and clear the required cutoff to apply for counselling process.

In India, you cannot pursue a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme without passing the National Eligibility and Entrance Test, or NEET for short.
For admission to undergraduate and graduate medical and dental programmes, including BDS, NEET is the only entrance exam that is needed. Consequently, in order to pursue a BDS degree at any dental college in India, one must pass the NEET.
Tuition: The annual cost of tuition for BDS is 3,42,000 rupees. Miscellaneous Fee: An extra forty thousand rupees a year. Rs. 3,00,000 is the refundable security fee.
