PSU companies in India follow an elaborate recruitment process. Keeping in mind their various requirements they release advertisements clearly mentioning the criteria & invite applications from prospective candidates who meet the said criteria. Most of the PSUs hire talent at entry level through all India open test followed by a structured interview process. Keeping in mind your qualification keep a watch on such advertisements & apply for appropriate jobs.
