Yes, one can get admission via state based exam conducted by PAU if you have Punjab domicile. But if you are from other state, you have to pass all India enterance exam conducted by ICAR. And if someone get good rank he can get scholarship also.Moreover, through ICAR test you one can get admission in India's top agriculture universities like IARI, HAU Hisar.

The Indian Agriculture Research Institute (ICAR) has decided to offer admission to undergraduate programmes in agriculture and allied subjects through the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate (CUET) UG 2023 for the academic year 2023-24.
