    Dear,
    Yes, you can apply for LLB because there is no age limit but that you need to complete in Regular mode than only you are eligible to apply for License from Bar Council of India or from particular State. But, do check your interest and future plan accordingly choose the program.

    No, you cannot join Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law for LLB after completing 10th along with an open degree and PG degree. The eligibility criteria for the LL.B. (Hons.) in Intellectual Property Rights program at Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur are as follows:
    * Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
    * Candidates must have appeared for and cleared the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted by the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.
