In my knowledge yes you can join global University without cuet-pg for Masters of computer application.in Computer Science / B.Sc IT or B.Sc/B.Com/BA with Mathematics / Statistics / Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics / Quantitative Techniques as one of the subjects either at 10+2 or Graduation level with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST category) in aggregate required for admission in it. So you can apply for it .

RNB Global University may have its own admission criteria for MCA programs, so it's best to check directly with the university regarding their requirements for admission. They may or may not require the CUET-PG exam for MCA admissions.
