Can I join School of Dental Sciences, Sharda University without NEET for BDS?

No, for BDS programme at Sharda University NEET entrance exam is mandatory for admission. It is a primary exam which is accepted by every college for undergraduate dental programs. Sharda University also accept its own university entrance exam test but NEET score is still mandatory for that also.

The answer is no. You cannot join SDS, Sharda University without NEET for BDS.
SDS, Sharda University follows the guideline by DCI (the Dental Council of India) that one must qualify by clearing the NEET exam to get enrolled in BDS program in any University. Thus one must clear NEET in order to pursue BDS in the institution.
