Yes you cannot join Seacom Skills University without JEE Mains for B.Tech as the university also takes into account your score on the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE). The last cut off for JEE rank 2023 was 845351. The last year cut off for wbjee was 65314 for B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
These cut off details are mentioned on the college website so go check the details for B.Tech admissions. Students who may not have done well on the JEE Main exam or WBJEE cannot get admission on Seacom university.
