<p>No, you can't join B.Com without CUET.&nbsp;<strong>Shyam Lal College</strong>&nbsp;admission for UG programmes is subject to the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) exam conducted by NTA. Aspirants, willing to apply for Shyam Lal College admission 2023 must register themselves for CUET exams and appear for the same.&nbsp;</p><p>Candidates interested in getting into a DU-affiliated college, i.e., Shyam Lal College need to follow the CUET exam and DU CSAS registration process. Candidates for UG admissions are required to register on the Common Seat Allocation System &#40;CSAS&#41; after qualifying for the CUET UG exam.
