Yes, you can join SIT for the B.Tech course even without going through WBJEE. In fact, the institute gives admission under Management Quota and DASA quota. This way, students who do not have a good percentage in WBJEE can even get a seat in the institute, provided they satisfy all the eligibility conditions which generally include passing 10+2 levels with science and other specific subjects.
