No you can't join Social Sciences Centre (M.S.W.) Bharati Vidyapeeth without appearing for the BVP CET for a PG Diploma

BVP CET (Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test) is a mandatory and compulsary entrance exam for most PG programs at Bharati Vidyapeeth institutions  including the Social Sciences Centre. This exam is taken to check your eligibility and suitability for the program.

The BVP CET has to be given by candidates in order to take admission to Bharati Vidyapeeth University. If a student hasn't given the entrance test, then he/she cannot get admission there, although cut-offs differ from one caste to another.
