Can I join SVIMS directly?

Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility and selection requirements to get admission in SVIMS. Candidates applying for MMS programme must pass MAH CET or any other equivalent entrance test approved by DTE/ University of Mumbai.

Admission to all the courses at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) Tirupati is entrance-based followed by counseling or an interview. SVIMS offers MBBS, B.Sc Nursing, B.Sc (Allied Health Sciences), and BPT along with Diploma at the UG level. At PG level, it offers MD, M.Sc (Nursing), M.Sc (Medical), MPT and PG Diploma courses in various specializations. Apart from UG and PG courses, SVIMS, Tirupati also offers Ph.D., PDF, DM and M.Ch courses. Therefore, one cannot join SVIMS directly without going through the entrance-based admission process
