You need to be in your final year. Then only, you can apply for the college.

First, you have to finish your graduation. Then only you can appear for the entrance exam or for further studies. You can apply in the last year.

No, only final year students are eligible for the test conducted by IIFT. 2nd-year students are not eligible to sit in the exam.
