Hello Sandhya, Let's say you want to pursue CSE in B.Tech and you also want to study Psychology as well. For this kind of Programmes college will allow you but Psychology will be a Minor course (You can get a minor degree if you complete the full Minor course). And CSE in B.Tech will be your Main St
