No, you cannot join Vishnu Dental College Andhra Pradesh. You cannot take admission to MDS without NEET exam or registering for counsling the NEET exam is mandatory for take admission in MDS. If you want to take a degree in medicine BDS with at least 50% marks in your graduation. Then, you must clear the NEET PG entrance exam with at least 50%. And score 720-164.
