    No, you can not join Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) directly without going through the selection rounds. The university accepts candidates mostly on an entrance basis only. Thus, if you want to apply for any course, make sure to appear for the accepted exam, such as JEE Mains, KCET, etc.
