No, you can't join Xavier Institute of Communication Directly. You have to apply for XIC OET and clear the interview to get addmission into XIC. The Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC) conducts the XIC Entrance Test (XET) to offer admissions to eligible candidates in mass communication courses available at the institute. You also need to eligible for XIC Entrance Exam .All the best.
