Yes, you can do a full time BA degree course from this college without doing any coaching of IAS. You can prepare for the exam yourself.

Elaborate the question, is it Universal of Bangalore?
If yes, then you can take admission but learning about IAS is upto to you. If you are not interested in IAS then you can join Bangalore University for your degree course.
